First Friday Outside Vendor Application

Vendors are invited to set up during the First Friday 2025 Season with a vendor application and vendor fee. Below are the qualifications & information for all non-downtown business vendors wanting to set up for the season. You MUST fill this out EACH month that you choose to set up.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Pricing is based off of roughly 2 parking spots worth of space. If you are needing more than that, please choose the LARGE price point.

We do not offer refunds for events cancelled because of weather, etc. In the case that a First Friday is cancelled, we will apply your fee to the following month's First Friday. 

**Vendors will be placed in designated locations by Main Street Enid this season. Vendor forms and fees are required by all vendors a week before the scheduled First Friday.**

Setting Up:
-Approval from Main Street Enid is mandatory for setting up. Failure to be on the approved list on the day of the event will result in the inability to set up.

-Main Street Enid will be in charge of placing vendors.

-Main Street Enid's event permit covers the entire Downtown District and is submitted to the OK Tax Commission for compliance with state regulations.

-The online form & vendor fee must be completed by the vendor prior to First Friday. Main Street Enid WILL be checking that procedures have been followed. Failure to do so will result in payment and forms the day of, or vendors will not be allowed to set up.

DISCLAIMERS:
- Political propaganda, petitions, or attempts to influence opinions on city or county matters are highly discouraged. We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment focused on promoting postive community engagement

- Do not engage in picketing, hassling, or influencing the patrons in any way around your vendor booth.

Food & Beverages:
-Vendors planning to cook or prepare drinks on-site & sell them must sign up as a small treat truck and obtain a temporary license from the Health Department. Information on temporary licenses can be found here.

Failure to comply may result in shutdown during the event. Contact Garfield County Health Department for assistance at 580.233.0650, extension 126.

Bounce Houses/Large Items:
-Approval from Main Street Enid is required for bounce houses or large items, along with proof of insurance.
Insurance must include a Certificate of Insurance naming Main Street Enid, Inc., Garfield County, and the City of Enid as additional insureds, with a general liability policy of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate limits.

This is for us to submit to the Oklahoma Tax commission. All vendors setting up during First Friday are under our event licenese. We are legally required to submit all vendors to the state that are selling items during event hours.

Acknowledgment Agreement

I acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and regulations set forth by Main Street Enid for the 2025 First Friday season. Failure to comply with these terms may result in my inability to set up during First Fridays or subject to legal actions.
