first friday VENDOR application
Vendors are invited to set up during the First Friday 2024 Season WITH permission from a Downtown Business & Main Street Enid. Below are the qualifications & information for all non-downtown business vendors wanting to set up for the season. You MUST fill this out EACH month that you choose to set up.
Rules and Regulations for First Friday 2024 Season
Setting Up:
-Approval from Main Street Enid is mandatory for setting up. Failure to be on the approved list on the day of the event will result in the inability to set up.
-Main Street Enid's event permit covers the entire Downtown District and is submitted to the OK Tax Commission for compliance with state regulations.
-Vendors must obtain permission from a Downtown Business to set up in front of their building between 6 PM - 9 PM on First Friday.
*Permission should be secured before filling out the application
-The online form must be filled out by the vendor, not the business granting permission.
DISCLAIMERS:

- Do not engage in picketing, hassling, or influencing the patrons in any way around your vendor booth.
Food & Beverages:
-Vendors planning to cook or prepare drinks on-site & sell them must sign up as a small treat truck and obtain a temporary license from the Health Department. Information on temporary licenses can be found here.

Bounce Houses/Large Items:
-Approval from Main Street Enid is required for bounce houses or large items, along with proof of insurance.
Insurance must include a Certificate of Insurance naming Main Street Enid, Inc., Garfield County, and the City of Enid as additional insureds, with a general liability policy of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate limits.
